Should there be a flaw with your product or error within our delivery, please fill out the form below and we can arrange recompense for the inconvenience. Please provide as much detail as you can so that we can better assess your claim and use it as an opportunity to learn and improve.

We will provide you with a return label to print and instructions on how to send your item back to us once your return is approved.
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a refund to your card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
If any of your items have arrived compromised, please make contact as soon as possible, providing details about the defective product and the state it arrived in. We also ask you to be willing to provide proof of the product’s condition so that we can verify the damages. We aim to provide a replacement product at no extra charge once your claim has been verified at the earliest convenience. Please understand that it may take several days to address and resolve your claim.
If your order is lacking any of your requested items, please get in contact with us through our contact or return page. Please provide proof of your order when submitting your complaint and identify which item or items are missing. Once your inquiry has been verified we will aim to provide the missing items. Please note that providing any missing items will take several days to arrive.
If you have received the wrong item in your order, please get in contact and explain what product you received and what you were supposed to receive. You can return the item through mail or visit in-store and we can set you up with the correct product and take the unwanted item off your hands. Please note it will take standard delivery time if you wish to have the replacement item delivered.
External circumstances may cause the cost of shipping to change however you will never be retroactively charged after your order has been made, nor will you ever be hit with an unexpected charge.
